Taste of Beijing cuisines

In Beijing, perhaps you are most likely to taste the Mandarin cuisine which is prepared in local style. The Peking Roast Duck is one of the most well-known dishes that you you can enjoy in Beijing.

The Manhan Quanxi, is also one of the traditional foods which was prepared for the Manchu emperors of the Qing Dynasty. Tourists can also taste the delicious Fuling Jiabing. It is a traditional Beijing snack food, a pancake made from fu ling.

Teahouses of the Beijing are also common for providing Chinese tea. Available in many varieties, Chinese tea is rather expensive but are said to be remedy to an ailing body.
